Client Policy

 Infinity Clean offers affordable cleaning services, carpet cleaning, laundry service, and organizing services. The following policies apply to all services;
• Items covering 50% or more of a surface will not be moved to avoid accidental damage of said items .
• Furniture and items weighing more than 40 lbs (est) will not be moved to avoid injury to our team.
• Infinity Clean does not clean or empty animal litter or otherwise handle animal feces (exception of stains caused by animal urine or feces).
• We utilize extendable tools that reach heights to be able to clean hard to reach areas. Infinity Clean employees will not stand on stools or ladders to reach high surfaces.
• We cannot guarantee the removal of water stains, mold, mildew, urine or fecal stains, permanent pen, marker, or dye stains. However, we will make every effort in an attempt to reduce the visual appearance of these stains.
• Friendly animals may be loose while our team is cleaning. Please note that while we do not use harsh chemicals such as bleach, your animals should be kept at a safe distance to avoid inhalation of cleaning fumes as well as consumption of cleaning agents and other products.
• Animals with a history of aggression must be in a crate or separate space that is not being entered by our team.
• While we make every effort to be in and out of your home in a timely manner, depending on the team size and home size, we may need to split a cleaning into two back to back days. This will be discussed prior to payment.
• While we offer handwashing dishes as an add on service, our team will not load or run a dishwasher to avoid accidental damage of items or the appliance.
• Pest infestations pose a health risk to both you and our team. While we understand these problems can be difficult to get under control, our team may not be able to provide services until the infestation is remedied. Next steps in these situations will be addressed on a case by case basis.
 

Getting ready for your cleaning - Please don't "Clean" before we arrive but do "Pick Up" as much as possible. For example; Clearing the floors of clothing and toys, clearing surfaces of small items such as pens, coins, important documents, etc. Please don't worry about countertop appliances and small pieces of furniture, we clean and move these things as we go. This type of pick up will allow us to focus more on detail and quality for you.  

Please ensure your A/C temperature is set between 70°and 76° especially in the Summer months. We will not be able to clean in a house that is too hot and poses a safety risk to our employees.

PAYMENT - Payment is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning date and time. Late payments may result in rescheduled cleanings. 

PRICE MATCHING - We will match the price of a cleaning quote you have received if the following apply; The company is registered in the state of Florida on SunBiz, The quote you want matched is no more than 1 week older than the quote you received from Infinity Clean, The quote includes complete details of the services, and matches the services listed in the quote provided by infinity clean.

CANCELLATION OR LOCKOUTS - You will be charged 50% of your cleaning should you cancel without giving 24 hours notice. Should we be unable to access your home within 15 minutes of your scheduled clean, we will unfortunately need to reschedule the cleaning and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your cleaning.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR CLEANING- Please reach out within 3 days and someone will return within 7 days to re-clean the areas you were not satisfied with at no additional cost.

IF AN ITEM IN YOUR HOME IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN - If you believe a member of our team has accidentally damaged or broken an item in your home, please reach out to the owner directly, at Infinitycleanllc@outlook.com for this to be addressed.  

PHOTOGRAPHS- Please be advised that our team will take note of any already damaged items and may take photos in your home to document said damage as well as for documentation of completed services. Photographs taken in your home will not be posted publicly or used for marketing without your explicit permission.
